JusticeNet SA
JusticeNet’s Self-Representation Service helps people who are representing themselves in the civil jurisdiction of the District and Supreme Court of South Australia. The service provides eligible clients with legal advice and assistance with legal tasks. The service is located on Level 5 of the Sir Samuel Way building and is operated by JusticeNet SA, an independent, not-for-profit legal service. JusticeNet’s Pro Bono Referral Service connects disadvantaged clients with a lawyer who will act pro bono (free of charge). The referral service is designed for people who cannot afford legal assistance and who cannot obtain appropriate legal help from alternative sources.
