- E-mails received during
business hours will be opened and addressed promptly. E-mails received outside of
business hours will be opened and addressed promptly from the start of the next
working day
- If the question must be referred elsewhere in the Courts Administration
Authority, the contact centre will forward the query and advise the sender
of this fact.
- Enquiries that are of a more complex nature, requiring some investigation
may take longer, but will be answered as soon as practicable.
