Brief description of the duties:
​The ITER Business/Systems Analyst will identify and document the business processes of the CAA data exchanges. The role will decompose, analyse, refine and specify business processes in greater detail (sub-functions) until the entire analysis is reduced to those low-level core business capabilities that identify the established business data interchanges, and business process gaps.

Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Child Related Employment Screening (National Criminal History Record Check) prior to employment and subsequently every three years.

Sheriff’s Officers contribute to the provision of a high level of client services to all court users and to the overall security of Courts Administration Authority facilities, administrative personnel, members of the judiciary and other court users.
 
Some of these duties include:
• Keeping order within the courtroom and attending to the needs of witnesses and other persons having business before the courts;
• Providing a customer and information service to all court users;
• Overseeing emergency evacuations of court buildings.
 
You will have:
• A high level of customer service skills;
• Good interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to deal with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and work effectively as a team member.
 
Special Conditions:
• Casual employment is on a day-by-day basis subject to court requirements.
• Prior to confirmation of employment, the successful applicant will be required to undergo a Child Related Employment Screening (National Criminal History Record Check) prior to employment and subsequently every three years.
