Brief description of the duties:
The Court Reporter Level 2 is responsible for providing effective and efficient court reporting duties in all jurisdictions of the participating courts under the Courts Administration Act (1993).  Duties include:
• verbatim reporting and transcription of court proceedings as part of a 3-on team
• production of transcript in a timely manner in accordance with established services levels

Brief description of the duties:
Sheriff’s Officers perform duties to provide a safe and secure environment in courtrooms, prisoner holding cells, court buildings and at times in public places where courts may be sitting. 
Some of these duties include:
• Keeping order within the courtroom and attending to the needs of witnesses and other persons having business before the courts;
• Providing a customer and information service to all court users;
• Overseeing emergency evacuations of court buildings.
You will have:
• A high level of customer service skills;
• Good interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to deal with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and work effectively as a team member.
