The Port Lincoln Magistrates Court provides access to the following courts/services:

Justice of the Peace (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11am-12nn). Please note this is a volunteer service and at times a Justice of the Peace may not be in attendance. Ring the court during those times to ascertain if a Justice of the Peace is available.
Aboriginal Justice Officers (during Magistrates Court circuits)
Please note that lawyers and the Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement (ALRM) do not have their offices within the court building.

If a Taxi is required, one should be phoned.
Parking
On and off-street parking near the court is limited. The closest long term parking is on Washington Street behind the Civic Centre.
Disabled parking is available opposite the court entrance on Adelaide Place.

The court includes a number of facilities for people with disabilities including:

Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor
Controls in lifts are at a suitable height for people in a wheelchair
Braille available in all lifts and signage to courtrooms for people with vision impairment
Amplification systems are installed in all courtrooms
Accessible counters are available.
Private rooms are available. Please see the registry staff if a room is required.
There are NO public telephones in the building. The nearest public telephones are some located diagonally across from the court outside the post office.

There are cafés a short distance from the court.
