A judgment is a written decision of the court.  It is binding on all the parties (unless and until it is overturned by a higher court).

Timing of the judgment

Judges and commissioners try to provide a judgment within 8 weeks of the last day of the hearing.

Notification about the judgment

The court will post all parties a copy of the judgment.  Copies of all judgments are also published on this website, usually within two days of them being posted out.

Appealing against the judgment

You and any of the other parties can appeal to the Supreme Court against a decision of the ERD Court.
