A declaration of principles governing the treatment of victims in the criminal justice process exists.
The declaration can be found in the Victims
of Crime Act 2001 (SA).

is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation in South Australia, which
offers a comprehensive range of professional services for people (individual
crime victims, their families, friends and the wider community) who have
suffered as a result of a criminal offence.
Office
locations include Adelaide, Murray Bridge, Port Augusta, Port Lincoln, Port
Pirie, Riverland, South East, and Whyalla.
