"Provide more information on the procedures of the hearing eg. order of opening address, when parties are able to present their evidence, closing address. If I didn’t ask the questions regarding procedures throughout the hearing I may not have had ample opportunity to present all information. I, however found the Judge very co-operative and understanding and helpful when I wasn’t sure of certain matters."
