Right Of Audience Before The Supreme Court

Practitioners have a right of audience as prescribed by section 51 of the Legal Practitioners Act 1981.  Students enrolled in the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice offered by the Law Society of South Australia acting on the instructions of a legal practitioner of at least five years standing, and articled clerks acting on the instructions of their principals, may appear in chambers before a Master with the prior leave of the Master concerned.
