Practice Direction No. 5

Noting Of Appearances Of Counsel And Solicitors

This Practice Direction replaces Practice Direction 5 issued 1 November 1993.

Counsel and lawyers appearing in cases listed before the Court must fill in, sign and hand to the associate prior to the hearing a form indicating his/her name, the party for whom he/she appears and the name of his/her instructing lawyer. A specimen form appears below and supplies of the forms will be placed on all bar tables.
