The compilations of the District Court Rules listed below have been prepared by the staff of the CAA Library Service and are not an official publication of the District Court Rules.  For an official version, reference should be made to the Rules and subsequent amendments as gazetted.

District Court Rules 1992

The District Court Rules 1992 apply to actions commenced before 4 September 2006.  Parts II and III were revoked by the District Court Variation Rules 2006 (effective from 4 September 2006), however,  despite the revocation, those Parts will continue to apply mutatis mutandis for the purposes of any proceeding commenced or continued under Part V or VI of the 1992 rules.
