State Courts Administrator – cash or cheque payments not accepted from 6 April 2020

MESSAGE FROM THE STATE COURTS ADMINISTRATOR

As of Monday, 6 April 2020 the Courts Administration Authority will no longer be accepting cash or cheque payments.

Payments can be made with a debit or credit card.

Exceptions will be made for the payment of cash bails ordered in court.

Court users can register for Registry Online to electronically file Final Notice(s), Minor Civil Claim(s) (Form 3) , General Claim(s) (Form 2) and to order transcript for Supreme, District, ERD and Coroners Courts (Magistrate Courts not available) at.
