CourtSA, was launched in the Criminal, Care and Protection and Special jurisdictions on Monday, 29 August 2022.

CourtSA is an online portal which allows legal practitioners to request access to their client’s cases, view the case including the charges, filed documents and hearings.

If you don’t already have an account with CourtSA, please register an account. If you are a sole practitioner, you can register an account yourself.  If you work for an organisation, an account administrator will register an account and then invite you to join as a user. This link will expire after 24hrs so make sure you set up your password.

Once you have logged into CourtSA you can start to request access to any case you need access to. Only one person in the organisation/firm needs to request access to a case and everyone else in the organisation/firm will be able to view it once the request has been approved. For further information go to Accessing your case – CAA (courts.sa.gov.au).

The CAA strongly encourage you to start initiating new cases using CourtSA and lodging documents through the portal.

If you have any question or require assistance to use CourtSA please phone (08) 8204 2444 during business hours or alternatively enquiry@courts.sa.gov.au. Staff will endeavour to assist you with any issues that you may have as soon as possible.
