The Courts Administration Authority (CAA) is currently investigating a matter that has been reported in the media about an alleged image.
The CAA takes the allegations seriously and is conducting an investigation. If substantiated, any breach of the Code of Ethics for the South Australian Public Sector will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant Public Sector Commissioner’s Determination.
The CAA has not been contacted by SA Police about this matter. At no stage has the CAA refused to cooperate with any police investigation. The CAA has consistently said it will cooperate appropriately with any police investigation.
