The Reunification Court is where the Judge meets with the
parents and the case worker to review progress towards
reunification as agreed in the case plan.
The Reunification Court is more relaxed than Care and
Protection hearings. Everyone sits at the bar table and
discusses the case plan or report.
The Judge checks that parents and the DCP are doing what
they agreed to and are following the case plan.
