Background:
Stephen is a barrister who has worked across a variety of areas involving dispute resolution, complaint management and mediation, including: governance, local government, juvenile justice, criminal law, NFPs, community issues, mental health, medical, education, and disability.
Stephen was previously the Acting Inspector and Deputy Inspector of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, Office for Public Integrity and Ombudsman SA. He has worked in SA and the NT as a Prosecutor and was responsible for coordinating South Australia’s response to the Disability Royal Commission and Defence and Veteran Suicide Royal Commission. Stephen was employed as Counsel Assisting the Coroner and has led legislative reform projects in the Pacific.
