I refer to the arrangements for the Magistrates Court of South Australia regarding criminal proceedings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
All documents to be relied on by parties are to be emailed to the appropriate court registry and the other party or parties by no later than 3.00pm on the business day prior to the hearing to eliminate the need for documents to be physically tendered on the day of the hearing.
Email addresses for each of the SAPOL prosecution units were included with the initial memo regarding arrangements for criminal matter dated 18 March 2020 and available on the CAA website.
