The Masters advise that, from Tuesday 9 June 2020, all listing practices, including mediations, will return to normal. All matters will be heard in court, unless other arrangements are made with chambers prior to the hearing.
For matters up to and including 5 June 2020, the current protocols will continue to apply, except where they have been modified in consultation with chambers.
