Adam Rosser is a nationally accredited mediator, arbitrator and expert determiner. Adam was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor in South Australia in 2000.
Adam specialises in dispute resolution services for commercial matters. Adam has represented parties in a most areas of commercial law, but principally:
Construction, engineering and technology: including builders, homeowners, developers, construction contractors, consulting engineers, software developers, high-tech manufacturers, and medical device manufacturers; and
Professional services and indemnity insurance: including accountants, engineers, architects, conveyancers and insurers.
After 14 years as a partner of a well-known commercial law firm and many years of recognition as a leading construction and infrastructure disputes lawyer, Adam now practices independently as a mediator, arbitrator, expert determiner and solicitor.
Adam has tertiary qualifications in architecture and is also a trained conflict management coach.
