The Courts Administration Authority (CAA) Strategic Plan 2024-2028 sets out a bold vision to strengthen public trust in the justice system, through our delivery of exceptional court services. This plan is the culmination of an extensive, collaborative process, informed by the voices and expertise of the judiciary, staff members and key external stakeholders. It guides all CAA efforts to transform this vision, through driving positive change and ensuring all court users are supported at every point in the court process.
The strategic plan focuses on three key pillars: Enhancing Access to Justice, Optimising Resources, and Excellence in Serving Courts and the Community. These pillars reflect our commitment to modernising court operations, improving accessibility, and building a skilled, responsive workforce. Central to this effort are our core values: Service Excellence, Integrity, Professionalism, Respect, and Fairness, which will guide the CAA’s decisions and actions for the next five years.
The CAA looks forward to continuing to work with valued stakeholders to implement this strategy and ensure the delivery of quality, accessible and continuously improving services responsive to the Courts and the community.
