Having facilitated more than one thousand mediations, Ruth Beach has a demonstrated history of assisting most parties to reach a resolution acceptable to them.
She has been a nationally accredited mediator since 2013 and is passionate about assisting people resolve their disputes in a timely and respectful manner.
Ruth’s experience includes undertaking mediations in relation to:
- commercial issues such as contractual and leasing matters;
- building matters;
- estate matters;
- civil issues including insurance matters;
- matters involving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Isander people;
- matters involving culturally and linguistically diverse people;
- workplace concerns including employment contracts;
- community matters.
As a retired lawyer, Ruth has more than 31 years’ experience in dispute resolution.
