Solicitor and Mediator (appointed as mediator in 2021)
I was admitted to practise as a solicitor in 1994 and am currently a partner with Andersons Solicitors where I have worked in the area of personal injury law since 1995. During my years as a solicitor I have been involved in complex litigation and participated in many mediations. I understand the impact of litigation on parties to a dispute and the valuable role of mediation in resolving disputes. I undertook my NMAS mediation training in 2020 in an effort to further my skills in dispute resolution and take a more direct role in dispute resolution in working with parties as a mediator to help them communicate and find their solution and pathway forward. I am a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution committee of the Law Society and a member of Mediation Institute and Resolution Institute. I volunteer as a mediator with the MCLAS and the pro bono list at the Adelaide Magistrates Court and am on the Panel of Mediators for the Adelaide Magistrates Court.
