DCP will make the decision about your children coming back to you. The Reunification Court will help make clear what needs to happen for your children to be returned to your care.
Sometimes, DCP decide that it is not possible for the child to return home. If this is the case, the matter will come out of the reunification court and you can be represented by a lawyer for these hearings.
