Millicent Magistrates Court is a circuit court and only open on circuit sitting days.  For further information, contact the  Mount Gambier Magistrates Court.

On-site facilities

  • Accessibility – The court does not currently have disabled access facilities and there are 3 steps in all between the street and the Courtroom. Court staff will try to assist at all times when possible.
