A statement from the State Courts Administrator
The Public Service Association (PSA) has advised that industrial action, relating to the current enterprise agreement negotiations with the State Government, will impact court operations on Thursday, 11 December 2025.
It is probable that court buildings will be closed to the public. Notices of closure will be posted on court buildings and listed on the CAA website.
Court matters unable to be heard on 11 December 2025 will be rescheduled and parties advised of new dates.
