The CAA is pleased to announce that the Electronic Court Management System Project Board has approved Monday, 29 August 2022 as the new go live date for the launch of CourtSA in the Criminal, Care and Protection and Special jurisdictions.

The CourtSA portal will be the same portal as it was for Civil and Probate. If you already have an account, you don’t need to do anything. If you don’t have an account and you are not part of a firm, organisation or agency please see ‘Create an account’ for more information on how to create an account.

In the lead up to the launch, the CAA will be running CourtSA Information Sessions to demonstrate how to register for CourtSA, how to access and view your case and lodge documents.

Please ensure that your Practitioner code and Law Firm code details are up to date with the Law Society of South Australia.

If you have any questions about the launch of CourtSA in the Criminal, Care and Protection and Special jurisdictions you can contact the CAA via live chat on the CAA Website: . Alternatively, you can email or telephone (08) 8204 2444 within business hours.

To find out more about CourtSA, register for one of the Law Society’s Information Sessions, available by Webinar only, presented by Lorena De Palma – Online Services and Engagement Manager – CourtSA.
