Steps:
- Log into CourtSA
- When asked ‘What would you like to do?’ select ‘Start a New Case’ from the drop-down menu
- When asked ‘What type of case do you want to start?’ select ‘Other Appeal Applications’
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the green button
- Click on the drop-down menu where it asks, ‘What document are you lodging’ and select the ‘Correct Form’
- Click on the drop-down menu ‘Jurisdiction of the case this lodgement relates to’ and select the correct jurisdiction
- Fill out the form
- Upload ‘Application/Notice’
- Upload any supporting documents if applicable
- Upload ‘Affidavit’
- If you are lodging this form by yourself, click ‘No’ to ‘Are you a Lawyer/Prosecution’
- Click on ‘About the Appellant’ in the drop-down menu and select the ‘Type of Party’ and fill out the appellants details
- Click on ‘About the Respondent’ displayed and fill out the details and contact information
- Lodge the application
- You will receive an email from CourtSA acknowledging your lodgement.
